Mr Henderson has specialized in the emerging company market for more than 25 years. His expertise is in the areas of corporate strategy and structure, capital raising and commercial negotiation. He is currently a Director of a number of companies including the following publicly listed companies: Actus Minerals (TSX company) and Oklo Uranium (ASX company).
Dr Madani Diallo, MSc (Geochemistry and Mineralology), PHD (Geochemistry)

Dr. Diallo is Professional Geochemist with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration in Africa. Dr. Diallo has held many senior roles including country manager, exploration manager, geochemist and project manager, having contributed to the discovery of several world-class gold mines in Mali, several deposits in Cote d'Ivoire, and numerous gold occurrences in Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Ghana. Dr. Diallo is recognized as one of the founders of the mining industry in Mali and his achievements have been recognized in him being awarded the second highest distinction in Mali, being the "Chevalier de l'Ordre National ("Knight of the National Order").
Larry Phillips
Director
Mr. Phillips was a co-founder of IAMGOLD in 1990 and retired from the company in June 2011 as its Executive Vice-President, Corporate Affairs. During his more than two decades with the company, he was involved in all of its international investments, joint ventures, and government relationships. He assisted IAMGOLD in establishing a strong reputation for corporate governance and social responsibility. Mr. Phillips was a Director of SEMOS, a joint venture company of IAMGOLD that was responsible for the development of the Sadiola gold mine in Mali.
Mr. Phillips is currently the President of Corplex Management Services, and has consulted with companies and other organizations on strategic international business affairs, business development, and government affairs issues.
Marshall Auerback, BA (English), MA (Jurisprudence)

Mr Auerback is an independent businessman with extensive international experience as an emerging markets fund manager, having worked several years in Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York and London. More recently, he worked in the U.S. as a fund manager at Prudent Bear. Mr Marshall is an independent economics consultant for a variety of large funds, notably RAB Capital, Pinetree Capital Ltd. and PIMCO, a director of Pinetree Capital and a fellow at the Japan Policy Research Institute in California.
Malcolm Carson, B.Sc Geol. (Econs), M.Sc. (Resource Management)

Mr. Carson is an Australian geologist and geoscientist and member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Carson has worked as a consultant to the natural resources industry for over 30 years, most recently as the Managing Director of Mineral Resource Consultants in Australia.

Ms. Iacusso is a director of the Transocean Group, a Sydney, Australia based corporate finance and advisory group. Ms Iacusso has over 20 years experience in providing financial advisory services and prior to joining the Transocean Group was a corporate finance partner at Deloitte.

Mr. Devine is the principal of Chelmer Consulting Corp. that provides corporate finance advisory services to private and public companies. Mr. Devine is qualified as a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia and in England & Wales and has practiced exclusively in the areas of Corporate Finance and Securities law. Prior to founding Chelmer Consulting Corp. Mr. Devine practiced at the law firm DuMoulin Black LLP. Mr. Devine is a chairman of Centric Energy Inc. (TSXV: CTE), director and Executive Vice President of Petro Vista Energy Corp. (TSXV.PTV), director of Dejour Enterprises Ltd. (TSX.DEJ) as well as a board advisory to a number of private companies.
